01 / Who we are

Sideline, LLC is an Iowa limited liability company. 2110 SW College Ave., Ankeny, IA 50023. Sideline Method and Sideline Community are programs of the company, not separate entities. The person behind it is Joey Glenn, DC, CSCS.

02 / Course registration

Your seat

A seat is for the named person on the registration. The price covers the course day, the materials in the portal, and a certificate of completion with the contact hours earned.

Transfers and cancellations

Up to 14 days before the course you may transfer your seat to another person or another date at no charge, or cancel for a full refund. Inside 14 days you may still transfer to another person or date. Seats are not refunded inside 14 days or for no-shows. If Sideline cancels or moves a date, you choose a full refund or a transfer. Email joey@sidelinemethod.com and we handle it by hand.

Continuing education credit

Whether a course counts toward your license depends on your profession and your state. We tell you where it counts before you register, we only advertise a specific approval after it is issued, and we give you the syllabus and certificate you need to self-report where that is allowed. The decision on credit rests with your board.

Hands-on labs

Courses are physical. Participants take part in labs as both clinician and subject, and may decline any lab at any time. Screen yourself the way you would screen a patient and tell the instructor about anything relevant. You take part at your own discretion.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe on their secure checkout. Sideline never sees or stores your card number. Receipts come from Stripe.

03 / The portal

A portal account is free and personal. Course materials, slides and tools are licensed to you for your own practice and study. They may not be copied, resold or redistributed. We may close an account that is shared or used to redistribute material. The portal and its tools support clinical judgment and do not replace it; you remain responsible for every decision about a patient or athlete.

04 / Sideline Community

Sideline Community is a program of Sideline, LLC, a for-profit company. Sponsorships fund professional coaching for athletes and are not tax-deductible charitable donations. What a sponsor receives for each level is stated on the Community page. Sponsorship terms for companies are confirmed in writing before any payment.

05 / Privacy

What we collect

Contact forms: your name, email, role, state and what you wrote. Registration: your name, email, role and state, through Stripe. Portal account: your email, name, progress and certificates. We do not collect anything from children under 18 on purpose; the site and portal are for licensed professionals and coaches.

How it is used

To answer you, to deliver the course and the portal, to keep your CEU record and certificates, and to send what you asked for. If you joined a list you can leave it with the link in every email. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who handles it for us

Stripe for payment, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, Google Workspace for mail and files, and Neon for the portal database. Each one processes data only to provide its service.

Cookies

The portal sets one cookie to keep you signed in. The public site sets none and runs no advertising trackers.

Your data

Email joey@sidelinemethod.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We keep registration and certificate records as long as licensing boards may ask for them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. If part of them is unenforceable the rest still applies. We may update this page; the date at the top changes when we do.
