Sideline Community puts trained strength and conditioning coaches in schools and programs that have none. Sideline coaches run every session. Companies and individuals sponsor the seasons. Clinicians and coaches who take a Sideline course can step onto the floor and assist.
Athletes in well-funded programs get a strength coach, a trainer, and a plan. Athletes in under-resourced schools get a weight room with the lights off, if they get one at all. The difference is not talent. It is whether anyone on the floor knows how to train them.
Sideline started because of that gap. Joey Glenn was a high school wrestler who got hurt and got poor rehab. Sideline exists first for the clinicians and coaches who work with athletes, and now for the kids who would never see one.
we're on a mission to close this gap. the community can help.
Three parts, one loop. Sideline coaches run the program, sponsors fund the seasons, and course participants assist on the floor.
Every session is run by a Sideline coach: credentialed, experienced, and paid for their time. The program is theirs. Course participants can assist them on the floor.
Companies put marketing dollars behind a team. Individuals sponsor an athlete. Every tier is tied to coaching hours, not overhead.
Twice-weekly strength and conditioning at the school or a host facility, with a plan, a Sideline coach in charge, and assistants when we have them.
Tiers are set by what you give. Each one funds a real number of athletes for a season and comes with something your company can point to.
Took a Sideline course? Assist a Sideline coach at a community session. They run it; you get reps applying what you learned, with athletes who need the help. PTs, ATCs, DCs, and S&C coaches.
Put marketing dollars behind a team and get seen by the families, the schools, and the Sideline audience all season.
Sponsor one athlete's season. You get a note at the end of it with the hours they trained.
No payment here. Tell us who you are and we reply within one business day with the current tier sheet, or the next session date if you want to assist.
I read every one of these myself.Sponsorships pay Sideline coaches for their time on the floor, the equipment the athletes train with, and the insurance to run sessions. We publish the split at the end of each season.
